As of Saturday 1 February, essCert has replaced eCertify as your online document platform. If you are an existing eCertify user your new essCert profile will have been created automatically however you will need to retrieve your new login details.
To retrieve your NEW login details:
- Go to www.esscert.com/retrieve
- Enter your registered email address you use on eCertify
- Press the retrieve button once
- Your login details will then be sent to that email address
- To login go to www.esscert.com/log-in
Please note: you will no longer be able to apply for documentation on eCertify.
Important: For exporters or freight forwarders using their own software platform to submit documentation (eCertify Direct) there will be no change to your current procedures and you will not need to retrieve login details.
A number of weeks after the initial transition your historical data from eCertify will also be transitioned. During that time you will still be able to access eCertify to view your historical data only.
