We know that bullying, discrimination and harassment, whether it be sexual harassment, age-related or racially motivated, can happen in any workplace.
Managers need to know and understand regulations and laws surrounding bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment.
This course will unpack the regulations to assist Managers understand them on an operational level and provide them with the tools to identify and understand the issues and deal with them effectively.
