Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment for Employees Online

About the Course

Course Outline

Promoting a positive workplace culture.

Your organisation can (and should) manage the risks of bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment to create a more harmonious workplace.

Bullying, discrimination and harassment, whether it be sexual harassment, age-related or racially motivated, can happen in any workplace.

This course has been designed to provide participants with an understanding of the laws outlining bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment at work. You will learn how to recognise these behaviours and most importantly learn what to do about it.

People often ignore the signs and put up with it, and when they have the tools to call it out, they need to know how to do so within their organisation.
