We know that bullying, discrimination and harassment, whether it be sexual harassment, age-related or racially-motivated, can happen in any workplace. This course helps empower managers and supervisors with the tools to identify and understand the issues and deal with them effectively.

This course explores how to actively implement anti-bullying policies and practices and provides an understanding of the laws relating to bullying, harassment and discrimination.
