The Haus Group, a family of accommodation, event and conference spaces, and restaurant located on historic Main Street at Hahndorf, recently invested in our Managing WHS in the Workplace course for its training needs.
Finance and administration manager Felicity Duffield said The Haus Group made sure its staff were up to date with WHS training.
“Working to best practice and having knowledgeable staff leading the way is where we want to be,” Felicity said.
“The training session allowed staff to look at situations from a different perspective and made them aware of their own responsibilities when it comes to safety in the workplace. Relatable scenarios were used which kept the session interesting and engaging.”
The Haus Group is now updating its WHS policies to ensure all risks are minimised.
