Already, over 1,000 people have registered for the Webinar, as businesses seek out urgent advice amid the crisis.

“We have seen unprecedented interest in our Business Resilience Webinar since announcing it late last week,” said Business SA CEO, Martin Haese.

“There is a great deal of coronavirus anxiety in the business community.

“Our Business Advice Hotline and Workplace Relations Consulting team at Business SA have been inundated by concerned members and business owners looking for support.

“The Business Resilience Webinar will provide a much needed helping hand to businesses to navigate these uncertain times. It will allow businesses to take practical actions immediately to survive this crisis – and ultimately thrive.

“We know this is a distressing time for our members and for many in the business community, but we will get through this together.”

The first Business Resilience Webinar, delivered in partnership with the Small Business Commissioner, Navigating your business through the current COVID-19 pandemic will

focus on:
• What should businesses be currently doing?
• What stimulus and support is available from governments and other support
networks?
• Responses to the most frequently asked questions being asked by Business SA’s
members.

The Webinar will feature industry experts including John Chapman, Small Business Commissioner, Andrew Heard, Director of HPL, John Beverley, Associate Director of Inventure Partners and Lauren Krollig, Senior Consultant of Business SA.

The live webinar will have a focus on small business operators across a broad range of industries. Viewers will be able to ask questions of the panel at the end of the presentation.
